This year’s convention, with nearly 1,000 registrants, was an overwhelming success! In addition to keynote sessions by speakers Charles Baxter and Kao Kalia Young, there were 510 papers presented, 29 roundtables, and 6 special presentations. Over $14,000 was awarded in prizes for works presented at the convention.

Share Your Convention Story Contest!
In order to create and preserve an accessible archive of cultural and historical data, and to develop awareness and appreciation of the rich cultural identity and intellectual traditions of Sigma Tau Delta, we invite all student attendees to submit their 2016 convention stories. We are seeking short blogs (100-400 words) detailing your experience and what the convention meant to you. First, second, and third place prizes will be awarded to the best blogs. in the amounts of $100, $50, and $30 respectively.
