Sigma Tau Delta’s annual international convention offers a rare opportunity for academic institutions and professional organizations to promote undergraduate and graduate programs to 1,100 upper-level English honors students from across the U.S. and abroad. Convention attendees are excited about English, and over the course of the 3 1/2-day event present their original works and share their enthusiasm for English language, literature, and writing. Many plan to further their education and are actively seeking graduate and post-graduate opportunities.

In response to inquiries from 890 member institutions, a limited number of 2017 Convention program ads are being offered. In addition to your ad in the printed program, your school or organization will be listed as a convention sponsor with your logo and program and/or service description featured on our website englishconvention.org.

Reach your target audience at the convention and beyond!

• Copies of the convention program will be distributed to 1,200 student and faculty attendees. The full program also will be posted on the convention website.
• Sigma Tau Delta’s englishconvention.org website receives over 15,000 unique visitors every year; 53% engage the convention site multiple times.
• Convention direct email campaigns reach over 18,000 current student members and 1,500 faculty advisors in 890 college and university chapters in the U.S. and abroad.
• New this year! Sponsorship ads will be featured on the 2017 English Convention mobile app, providing information and engagement for 1,200 attendees before, during, and post convention.

STEP 1: Complete the Form Below

Advertisements will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis through November 1, 2016, or until all advertising space is gone, whichever comes first. Begin web advertising now to take full advantage of our website, app, and email campaign exposure. Your payment will secure your ad placement. Complete the form in Step 1 to take advantage of this opportunity.

STEP 2: Secure Your Ad Placement

Payment Deadline  is December 1, 2016
You will receive an invoice from the Sigma Tau Delta Central Office due 30 days from issue or by November 1, whichever comes first. Your payment will secure your ad placement.

STEP 3: Submit Materials

Submission Deadline has been extended to December 15, 2016
After payment has been made, attach the following print and digital promotional materials in an email to [email protected].

1. Print Ad for the Convention Program Book
   Submit your camera ready print ad in a PDF or tiff format.  The convention program book will be posted in PDF format on the englishconvention.org website; 1,200 program books will be printed and distributed to 2017 Convention attendees.
2. Digital Advertising Materials
   Your online banner ad and logo will appear on the English Convention App and on englishconvention.org.

• A black/white image of your square logo format in jpg, png. or PDF;
• A full color banner for the convention app (640 x 640 pixels in jpg or png)
