Sigma Tau Delta’s special pre-tax group rate is $119 for a standard room (one king- or queen-sized bed; maximum occupancy of 2) or a double/double room (two double beds; maximum occupancy of 4). These special rates will be available until February 28, 2018, or until the room block is full, whichever occurs first.

We must receive your request by February 28, 2018. Sigma Tau Delta is not responsible for roommate compatibility. Attendees are responsible for their own reservations and expenses. We strongly recommend that roommates work out expense details in advance.

Transportation from the Airport

If you are flying, the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza is located 12 miles from Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). Follow the airport signs to ground transportation.

Taxis, Lyft, and Uber

One-way cab fare to the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza is $34 for up to four passengers. Additionally, Lyft and Uber are ridesharing services that may be used.

“The Airporter” Shuttle

Cost is $2 per trip.
Airport pickup/drop-off location is Delta Terminal 3.
Nearest pickup/drop-off location to the Hilton Netherland Plaza is 5th and Elm, 1 block west of the Hilton.
Weekdays Schedule (For their corresponding stops)
- Runs approximately every 30-40 minutes both ways
- From CVG to Cincinnati, the first pickup is at 5:41 a.m. with the last bus leaving the terminal at 12:23 a.m.
- From Cincinnati to CVG, the first one going out will be at 5:20 a.m., with the last one leaving out at midnight.
Weekend Schedule (For their corresponding stops)
- Runs approximately every 1 hour-1 1/2 hours both ways
- From CVG to Cincinnati, the first pickup is at 5:45 a.m. with the last bus leaving the terminal at 11:42 p.m.
- From Cincinnati to CVG, the first one going out will be at 5 a.m., with the last one leaving out at 10:30 p.m.
