Roundtable Participant Confirmation

After December 18, all presenters will be sent an email to  verify their intent to attend and present at the convention, so that we may begin to plan the program. The participant confirmation form will be posted on December 18.  To signal your attendance and to secure your place on the program, you must complete the participant confirmation form by January 16.

Beginning on January 4, you will also be able to register for convention–registration must be completed in order to secure your roundtable’s spot in the program. Our early registration deadline is January 22; meeting this early deadline saves attendees money! Complete registration information is available on the website.

A tentative schedule of events will be posted after February 12, giving you an opportunity to confirm the final details about your roundtable.
