- Submitters for accepted Roundtables are required to reply with a confirmation email on or before December 18.
For Roundtable Participants
- Roundtable participants will be asked to complete one of the “Participant Confirmation Form,” which will be available between December 19 and January 16.
- Register for the Convention between January 4-22 to be included in the program and receive the early registration discount.
