A $2.00 processing fee will be added to each registration.
There is a $20 cancellation fee per registrant for registration and Gala cancellations received prior to February 1, 2016. After February 1, these fees are non-refundable.
This year’s convention T-shirt is available in regular and fitted styles.
Regular style short sleeve is available in sizes: S, M, L, XL, 2XL, and 3XL – $10.
Fitted style short sleeve is available in sizes: S, M, L, and XL – $10.
The registration fee does NOT include the Red & Black Gala Dinner and Convention Awards (Gala) on Saturday, March 5 at 6:30 p.m. This is a separate $20 charge for convention attendees and a $30 charge for each guest not attending the convention. Please email [email protected] if you have dietary restrictions.
Presenters should wear business attire for their presentations. For the Red & Black Gala Dinner and Convention Awards, members are encouraged to wear Society colors and cords and/or medallions for this semi-formal attired event.
